About Temporary callback URL

Create a temporary HTTP callback address and inspect incoming test requests without deploying a receiver.

When to use it

Create a temporary HTTP callback address and inspect incoming test requests without deploying a receiver.

Temporary callback URL example
POST /api/inboxes
Send a callback to the returned webhookUrl.
Inspect captured requests with the inspection credential.

How to use it

  1. Create an inbox with private or public receiver access.
  2. Send a test callback to its endpoint.
  3. Inspect and delete captured data when finished.

Limits & privacy

Uses the existing webhook inbox API and its retention, body-size, history, and request-rate limits. New receivers are private. Use X-Access-Token for private callers; inspection uses a separate credential or workspace access.

Use this tool from the API reference or connect through the SDK, CLI, SSH, or MCP. Hosted calls share your plan allowances.
